We have a duty to recognise that diverse thoughts, voices and perspectives are essential to good governance and the effective running of any organisation.
Lozells Governing Body believes that it is important that our Governing Board reflects the diversity of the school community we serve. We believe that a diverse board promotes an inclusive school environment and provides diverse role models for staff and children.
In line with our vision, we aim for Lozells school to be a place where diversity is celebrated and where individuals feel proud of their identity and valued and respected for who they are.
